Returns & Refunds

NOVALE offers a 30-day return window from delivery, covering opened and unopened bottles.

Start a return

Email hello@trynovale.com with your order number and items to return within 30 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Contact us before sending anything; do not send returns to our business address or warehouse unless instructed.

Return costs

Customers pay return postage. There is no restocking fee.

Refund processing

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may need additional time to post it. Any earlier deadline required by applicable law applies.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Include your order number and, where possible, photos. The 30-day voluntary return window does not limit your statutory rights.
