Delivery questions

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. For address corrections, delayed deliveries, damaged packages, or missing items, email hello@trynovale.com with your order number. Contact us promptly; address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delivery estimates may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions. Contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated window.
